1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one account on the 55555 PKR platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, email, phone number, payment method or device — are not allowed. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts involved will be closed and any bonus winnings derived from them will be void.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and any payment information used for deposits. We reserve the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any point, including before processing your first withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected. You will be asked to provide documents such as a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or proof of the payment method used. Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

All transactions on the 55555 PKR platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion involved. We support the following payment methods for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and a range of mobile wallets. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties are not permitted and will result in the deposit being returned (where possible) or the account being suspended pending investigation.

• Deposits are processed in real time in most cases. Processing delays may occasionally occur due to banking system maintenance or payment provider downtime — these are outside our control.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Please check the Deposit page for current limits before initiating a transaction.
• 55555 PKR does not charge fees on standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with them directly.
• Deposited funds are available in your account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested at any time subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawals are paid to a payment method registered in your own name and must match the payment method used for deposits where reasonably possible. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) as described in Section 3. Withdrawals will not be released until this process is satisfactorily completed. Subsequent withdrawals may also be subject to verification checks if your activity pattern changes significantly or if a large withdrawal is requested.

• Withdrawal processing times depend on your VIP tier. Standard accounts (Bronze and Silver) are processed within one business day. Gold tier members receive same-day processing. Platinum and Diamond members benefit from priority and instant processing respectively.
• Any active bonus funds attached to your account must have their wagering requirements met before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Withdrawals of real-money deposits that have not been played through at least once may be subject to a standard processing review.
• 55555 PKR reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, particularly where large amounts are involved or where unusual account activity is detected.

If a withdrawal request cannot be completed due to technical issues on the payment provider's side, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method. We do not hold funds beyond what is reasonably required to complete verification and processing.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

55555 PKR offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Each bonus comes with specific terms that govern how it can be used, what games it applies to, and what wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. These specific bonus terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and can only be used on the 55555 PKR platform for their stated purpose.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• Bonuses credited to an account cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash directly — only winnings that exceed the wagering requirement are withdrawable.
• 55555 PKR reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using software to exploit bonus mechanics, or systematically withdrawing bonus funds through low-risk betting — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus balances.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new players only. Each player may claim a welcome bonus once.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section of 55555 PKR covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, test matches, Football, Esports and other sporting events. All bets placed are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market, which are published within the betting section of the platform.

• Bets are accepted and settled in PKR. All odds are displayed in the format shown on the platform at the time of placing a bet.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a cash-out option has been explicitly made available for that market.
• In the event of a match being postponed, abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the rules applicable to that sport and market. In most cases, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned.
• 55555 PKR reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where it can be demonstrated that the outcome was known at the time of placing, or where the bet was placed after the relevant in-play event had already occurred due to a data feed error.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are set at the platform's discretion and may vary based on the event type, market, and the player's account history.
• During live (in-play) betting, markets may be suspended at any time without notice, particularly around key match events such as wickets, goals or penalties. Bets placed immediately before a suspension may be voided if the outcome was already determined at the time of acceptance.
• PSL markets during active tournament periods are subject to additional rules published in the PSL Betting section during each tournament. These rules take precedence over general sports rules for PSL-specific markets.

8 Casino & Game Rules

The casino section of 55555 PKR includes slots, live dealer games, crash games, table games and other game formats sourced from third-party providers. Each game operates under its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money bets.

• All slot and virtual table games on the platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Outcomes are independently random and cannot be influenced by the platform or by players.
• Live casino games are operated in real time by live dealers. The rules of each live game are those of the relevant game type (e.g. standard blackjack rules, standard roulette rules) as displayed within the live game interface.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the game's outcome at the point of disconnection. 9 VIP Programme

The 55555 PKR VIP programme rewards consistent activity across the platform with five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Players accumulate points on all real-money bets placed on eligible games and sports markets. Points are calculated automatically and tier upgrades are applied without requiring manual requests.

• VIP tier benefits include enhanced withdrawal limits, faster processing times, weekly reload bonuses scaled by tier, cashback on net losses (Platinum and above), and personal account managers (Gold and above).
• VIP points are non-transferable and have no cash value. They cannot be redeemed for real money directly — they are used solely to determine and maintain your VIP tier.

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading registration information.
• Registration or use of the platform by a person under 18 years of age.
• Operation of duplicate or linked accounts.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions or the VIP programme in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods or chargeback abuse.
• Collusion with other players, use of betting bots, scripts or automated betting tools.
• Exploitation of software errors, data feed delays or pricing mistakes.
• Any behaviour that is abusive, threatening or harmful toward platform staff or other players.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, any funds in the account will be held pending the outcome of that investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach. Where no breach is found, funds will be released promptly.
